I purchased a Toyota Tundra from Audi Fletcher Jones expecting a premium and trustworthy buying experience. I purchased a Toyota Tundra from Audi Fletcher Jones expecting a premium and trustworthy buying experience. Instead, I was sold a vehicle with a pre-existing windshield leak -- something that only revealed itself the first time the truck sat outside in the rain, flooding the interior headliner and passenger floor.
Toyota later confirmed the windshield had been replaced prior to sale using non-OEM glass and seals -- and that this was unquestionably a pre-existing condition. This was never disclosed by Audi Fletcher Jones at the time of purchase.
What makes this worse is how aggressively their finance department sold me an "extended warranty" -- confidently stating it would be handled directly by Toyota and not by a third-party warranty company. That turned out to be false. Toyota confirmed the warranty I was coerced into does not cover non-OEM parts -- leaving me with a $2,300 repair bill to correct a defect that existed before I ever owned the vehicle.
How Fletcher Jones handled It (or rather, did not)
I contacted multiple people, including the finance manager and sales management, and was repeatedly promised a call back -- and received the run around until I went public.
When someone finally did respond, I was told: "there's nothing we can do for you."
Only after I had already paid out-of-pocket did they suddenly imply I should have brought it back to them -- despite having previously dismissed responsibility.

During my final conversation, instead of accountability, I was questioned for leaving a negative review -- and subtly gaslit as if I was at fault for following the guidance they originally gave me.
Bottom Line
Audi Fletcher Jones:
* Failed to detect or disclose a known defect
* Misrepresented their warranty to close the sale
* Refused ownership when confronted with proof
* Showed more concern about optics than integrity
This dealership does not stand behind its word, its inspection process, or its customers. The moment a real issue arises, you will be ignored, deflected, and blamed.
If you value honesty, accountability, or basic ethics -- avoid Audi Fletcher Jones entirely.
Go elsewhere. Do not assume you will be protected here -- you won't.

Two days after the purchase of my car, I called and messaged my salesperson regarding system messages on some settings, no response. Their consultant later called me to ask me if I had questions, when I told about my system questions, consultant told me that the salesperson would call me back - almost a month later, no call.
I’ve barely used it & found this morning a completely flat tire, flat on the ground. I’ve been driving other non-Audi cars for the past 15+ years and never experienced this before. I’ve called them multiple times to speak to someone about it & see if it’s covered under that warranty as this may actually be something in the car (I.e faulty valve), no response. I emailed, nothing - just that someone will call me back. Very disappointed, will not be using a Fletcher Jones dealership again and would not recommend it to anyone else.

I made an appointment to test drive a used Audi E-Tron GT. There was a mix up that occurred. Disappointed, I had left the dealership but received a phone call within a couple of hours that was sincerely apologetic and wanted to make it up to me!
In an extraordinary effort, the head sales manager offered to have the car sent to my home 25mi away for a test drive. I took him up on it. I think we were both glad I did.
That evening, I purchased the car but without going in. While I was in the comfort of my own home I completed paperwork to cement the deal. Shortly thereafter, the car again showed up in my driveway--but now it was mine.
This dealership and the people here mean it when they say they strive to be the best. Everyone I dealt with was top notch and and an extraordinary help. If you're looking for an Audi ... don't go anywhere else. This is truly an EPIC establishment.

After driving the car off of the lot onto the freeway, we heard rattling in the front passenger side. We informed the sales agent of this a few days later and he stated we could always bring it in to get checked out. Since he didn’t state this would be a complementary service, we decided to wait until the title cleared so we could take it to the Tesla dealership. When we took the car to the shop for a diagnosis, we were informed that the suspension needed to be fixed and the repair would cost around 5k.
Two weeks after purchasing the car, we ran it through a car wash and discovered water was coming through the door seals. This is priced at another 1.5k to repair and the warranty won’t be covering it. Was this also just coincidence or was this just not disclosed?
Around this same time we discovered the glove box hasn’t been closing properly. Another $400. Coincidence? At this point, I think not.
On top of all this, within the last month of purchasing the car, we have also discovered issues with the front heated seats and the Bluetooth microphone….
It’s been a long train reck filled with many phone calls and stress. This shouldn’t have been our experience when dealing with such a reputable brand.
Every one at Fletcher Jones was helpful and friendly. The vehicle was delivered to me clean and ready to drive. Best experience at car dealership in my 50 plus years of buying vehicles!

I worked with 2 sales associates at Audi Fletcher Jones and Kyle Spillane was unlike any sales associate we had dealt with ever.
His knowledge of Audi's (and pretty much any other vehicle) was insanely unmatched. He is genuine, hilariously quick witted and never pushy.
Personally I hate being sold to. Give me the important information, be genuine, funny is a huge plus and don't upsell me

We also had the pleasure to work with Mina Bishay,, Collin Kleinman and Khalid Abousamra and had a fantastic experience with each and everyone of them.
If you want a great experience write those names down, ask for them to assist you and let them know Brandi sent you. Definitely ask for Kyle Spillane, you will have a great time and really be able to dive into everything about the vehicle you are interested in.

I have worked with David the day prior on another Audi and happened to chat with him about open recall 47UP for my car. He checked and parts had just become available that day- in fact, my car was the very 1st one that they were going to perform this on.
David was able to save me an EV loaner while my car was in the shop.
Even better since I had mentioned that I was going to be out of town for work during the week- when my car was completed 2 days before my return, he made arrangements to have my car delivered home and pick up loaner.
That was a time saver! and props to the porter who drove the car- he came back at my request to repark the car since I wasn't available.
The experience at Fletcher Jones Audi was nothing short of exceptional. Everything from initial communications all the way to driving away was perfect. No games, no unnecessary used car tactics. Just vast knowledge of the product, understanding the market and being reasonable. Worked very hard to ensure that I understood all of the numbers, understood what I was paying for and what I needed to do to complete the transaction. I hope the next time I need a car, they are able to find the right one for me. Would gladly make the trip back.
I purchased an Audi A3 about 4 years ago, the sales staff and financing was painless. But I believe the service department is where their reputation is made.

Completely disappointed with my service experience today. I made an appointment with this dealership two weeks ago, explaining my situation. After explaining that I spoke with someone in the service department who told me to bring the car in, the advisors stated that I likely spoke to their call center and that the representative wouldn't know how to handle my situation. Real nice way to waste my time.
The advisors acted as if she could care less about my issue and I am certain that this stems in part, to my purchasing this Audi at another dealership. Without offering any alternatives or solutions, she walked back inside and left me to leave the department.
I am a big advocate of customer service training and feel as if he service department definitely needs a lesson in how to treat customers. I currently own three Audi's and will not use this dealership to purchase nor service in the future. This is not the Audi way, in my opinion. Do better, Fletcher Jones.
Andi. Very professional, good attitude. Making my family very countable makes the process very easy. She can not finish the process because of an emergency. In all my car buying years I have never had such a streamlined experience. I came in to test drive the Audi Q4 etron. I was on the fence about it and originally had my eye on a Tesla. Jacob sold me on that car before I even had a chance to take it on a test drive. He was super knowledgeable. I ended up driving off that lot with a brand new car that same day. My experience with Fletcher Jones during the purchase of a used Audi out of state has been nothing short of a frustrating ordeal. The only commendable aspect of my interaction was with the finance director, Monica Ward, who maintained consistent communication throughout the transaction. Unfortunately, her professionalism was an exception in an otherwise dismal customer service landscape at Fletcher Jones.
After the initial smooth purchase, things took a turn for the worse. My salesperson, Alex Ball, who had been prompt and attentive earlier, suddenly became unresponsive once the vehicle arrived in New Mexico. Despite my attempts to contact him with questions and concerns, he remained silent, failing even to check on the status of the vehicle's delivery or its condition upon arrival.
The advertised condition of the vehicle, which appeared accurate at first glance, turned out to be misleading. The Bluetooth and navigation systems were non-functional, and there were undisclosed tears in the leather seats, a detail I had explicitly inquired about prior to purchase. Unfortunately, my attempts to resolve these issues have been met with utter negligence.
The lack of communication from Fletcher Jones has been astonishing. I have been shuffled from one staff member to another, from salesmen to service and sales managers, without any satisfactory resolution. It's been almost two months since the purchase, and I have yet to have a genuine conversation with anyone from the company regarding these issues.
Seeking a resolution, I took the vehicle to a local Audi dealer, incurring an $1800 cost to repair the Bluetooth and navigation systems. Even when the local service manager tried to communicate with Fletcher Jones, they seemed uninterested in addressing the matter.
The complete disregard for customer concerns after the sale has left me feeling cheated and utterly frustrated. It's deeply disappointing that a dealership of this stature would resort to such unethical practices. I would caution anyone considering an out-of-state purchase from Fletcher Jones to think twice – once they have your money, they appear to have no interest in your concerns or their responsibilities.
My hope is that this review will serve as a warning to others, encouraging them to explore alternatives and avoid the frustrating and disheartening experience I've had to endure with Fletcher Jones.
Andi and Steve were phenomenal. Peter in finance made it easy. The entire team represented the Fletcher Jones brand exceptionally.
I received excellent service. My car was completed when promised. I was given the same model that I drive as a loner car as requested and my service advisor Hayden Denman couldn't have been any better! And to top it off my E-tron was sparkling clean when I picked it up. A big thumbs up to Hayden for a job well done!
I went to to check the possibility of getting out of Q7 lease and getting new lease for Q4 etron. The sales rep Karim Jalanbo and Sales Manager was so good and use every possible discounts available to meet my number and I ended up driving back with Q4 Etron. Love the environment and people. Every one was nice, humble and willing to help.
I purchased an Audi SQ5 from this dealership less than a week ago. I walked in to test drive the car I thought I wanted and drove it home a couple hours later. It was all so easy! I purchased a used 2023 Mini Cooper SE from Audi Fletcher Jones (via AutoTrader) on Jun 30, 2023. The car was advertised as having passed all inspections and being fully functional. I did not receive the car until Jul 11, due to transport delays from AudiFJ. When I received the car, I did not drive it for a while, since I needed to sort out my home-charging situation (it is fully electric). When I did start to drive it, it became clear that the controllers were not working correctly, so (on Jul 17) I scheduled service for it at BMW/Mini (expecting it to be under warranty). On Jul 28 (lag due to their service department scheduling), the BMW dealer showed that coffee/cream had been spilled on the controller and that is why the buttons where not functioning. The liquid being an “outside factor” made it so the repair was not under warranty and it cost more than $1600. I do not drink coffee and I did not have any liquids in the front of the car for the few times I drove it. (Neither did my husband, the only passenger.) So the issue must have been from before Audi FJ sold me the car. When I contacted AudiFJ, first they said that they would reimburse me for the repair. Later the same day, they withdrew the offer and said that the car was inspected and fully functional when it left their dealership and that they could provide me with the records to prove that and that, if it was broken when it left their dealership, I would have complained earllier. They have not supplied me with the records and they have not responded to my recent emails.
Do not buy used vehicles from this dealer or, if you do, be sure to have them hand you all of the inspection reports before you give them any money.

Although the dealership was large, the individual experience was personable and you were actually listened to without any further undue pressure to sway you in any way. The service was casual but no detail was missed, which made it a pleasantly surprising and easy experience. I was impressed how my salesman had the vehicle ready for viewing in the second floor showroom at the time of my pre-scheduled appointment. Service center completed and charged for unauthorized work. Rotated, balanced and aligned tires that needed replacement. Refused to compensate and justified it because it will make the tires that needed replacement last longer… The vehicle has Audi Care too but I won’t go into the obvious verbiage on that on. Disappointed with the lack of integrity.

I bought my Q5 2.5 months ago (In a different dealership) and recently I started seeing occasional check engine and drive system lights where the display shows that I can't go over 4000 RPMs. So I called Audi Fletcher Jones and asked to check it as well as respond to the Recall which I might be impacted by. I scheduled an appointment to which a loaner will be available (I need a car to move around) and 2 hours before my appointment I received a text message saying there was no loaner available. I wasn't surprised since this is the 4th time that it is happening to me with Fletcher Jones Audi (I had the same last-minute cancelations 3 times with the Q7).
I rescheduled to January 2023, hoping that the car will be ok by then, but this morning I experienced the same issues of losing power and all sorts of warning lights (with only 2k miles) so I called your dealership and asked to expedite the visit or perhaps provide me a rental (which is very common in case there are no loaners available) as the car isn't functioning well and this will be Audi's responsibility for not taking care of it on time. The service person (I wasn’t able to catch his name) wasn’t helpful and refused to hear me out or offer any kind of assistance. While I was speaking, he said impatiently "have a good day" and just slammed the phone down intentionally in my face knowing that I was still talking. I was nothing but shocked by this rude and condescending behavior. Simply speechless and disappointed.
Trying to call back and speak to a manager wasn't successful... someone took my number and said that he'll let the manager call me back... but it never happened. I also sent an email to the general manager but no reply since then...
As a loyal Audi customer, I'm deeply disappointed and moreover feel humiliated by this unprofessional behavior.
Needless to say, I called a different Audi dealership, and even though they did not have loaners available, they promised to get me on a rental...

I just had my car serviced and was very happy with their customer service. Hayden was very helpful with providing transportation and kept me updated.
They sold me a lemon and I have been trying to reach out to them since the beginning of the year to fix the issue. It took them months to respond and went dark after.
I went to a few dealers to sell my car but no one wanted to really help me but yesterday I met with Yasser he took care of me if you go in to Audi Fletcher Jones Ask for Yasser he's truly the best
